Who We Are

“A correct, well planned choice of paint system for buildings, plant and structures and its subsequent maintenance is decisive, in the long run, to its profitability.
Painting must therefore be taken seriously.”

Justin Rigby – Managing Director

Justin has been in the building maintenance industry for over 15 years, initially starting as an apprentice and then moving on to leading hand, foreman and then Production Manager. During this time he furthered his studies in safety, sales and marketing, corrosion control. This resulted in Justin pursuing a position as Sales and estimating manager – a task he performed successfully.
Justin holds many licenses for machinery, vehicles and product application.
Most recently Justin has become a 50% shareholder in our Company and is responsible for Business Development whilst still maintaining a focus on his sales role.
Justin’s hobbies include;
Scuba diving – He has spent many holidays travelling to some of the most spectacular and remote diving locations around Australia. Most recently he completed his Deep Diver certification.
Light aircraft – Justin holds a Private Pilot license that enables him to fly any aeroplane under 8500kg within Australia. Justin’s stated aim is to use his license to access more remote locations quicker.
Camping/Hiking – As evidenced above, Justin enjoys the great outdoors, relishes a challenge, and sometimes just prefers to stay on the ground. When time permits he can be found hiking through Wilsons Promontory or Four Wheel Driving in Victorias High Country.
Justins industry experience coupled with his personal pursuits enables him a professional and proactive approach towards providing clients with real solutions.

Greg Payet – Sales & Estimating Manager

Greg brings to the company, a wealth of experience, gained from his 25 years of management in large corporate businesses in South Africa, and in Australia, since migrating here in 1995.
Prior to this, after completing Yr 12, he did 2 years of compulsory military service (plus 4 years in the reserves), trade qualified as a Fitter, obtained his National Technical Certificate 111, completed a tertiary Diploma in Production Management (Dip ProdM), and qualified as an Extrusion Technician, during his time in the plastics industry.
In his many diverse roles, and in particular as a Sales Manager, he has developed the skills to communicate effectively with clients, on ALL levels, and to understand their ever-changing needs.
He is of the firm belief that, in today’s competitive world, there is often little difference in the product and/or price, offered to a client. The only area of significant difference, between one supplier and another, is the SERVICE they can offer. He places a strong priority on providing superior SERVICE to his clients.
Greg’s hobbies include:
General Aviation – he has had an unrivalled passion for all-things-flying since a young boy, but only began flying training in his later years. He has held a current Private Pilot Licence (Aeroplane) since 2006, and in 2008 obtained his Commercial Pilot Licence (Aeroplane). This has not only opened up a whole new world of personal travel possibilities for Greg, but also the opportunity to utilise his skills commercially, if required.
Paragliding – an adventure sport which he has pursued for the last 15 years (because he couldn’t afford to fly real aircraft!), and flew competitively for a while. He can still occasionally be found, soaring the beautiful coastal ridges of the Mornington Peninsula, or the alpine regions of North East Victoria.
Outdoors – he enjoys camping, fishing, bushwalking, and all that “getting-in-touch-with-nature” stuff!
Sport – he plays a bit of social (and business, of course!) golf, and occasionally some tennis and squash, just to keep his fitness up.
At home Greg enjoys, a bit of a “dabble” in the kitchen, socialising around the pool and BBQ, and whenever he can, reading non-fiction, which is usually something about, you guessed it, FLYING, ........ tragic really!

Eric Gordon – Production Manager

Eric has been in the building maintenance industry for over 30 years, initially starting as an apprentice. He has owned and operated his own business for over 7 years. More recently he has held management positions with some of the industry’s largest players.
Eric has proven himself to be an essential part of our Company in his role as Production Manager. He is responsible for scheduling and day to day operation of our projects including OH&S.
Eric’s broad range of industry experience enables him to offer our clients expert project management.
Eric holds many licenses for machinery, vehicles and product application.
Eric’s hobbies include;
Family – Eric is a committed family man who spends the majority of his spare time shuffling his 2 teenage sons to karate & tennis and enjoying time at home.
Music – Eric enjoys playing guitar and enjoys all types of music. A favourite is Deep Purple.
Swimming – As evidenced above, he enjoys time at home with the family and a focal point for them is the swimming pool and BBQ.
